We employ 320 people in Italy across two main production sites, and in our sales and support operations.

Our production site at Nera Montoro (Terni), is the Covestro European center for the production of multi-wall sheets in polycarbonate. The Filago (Bergamo) site specializes in polycarbonate compounding and the development of new colors for the EMLA Region.

Our commercial operations in Italy are involved in selling products from all three Covestro business units – Polycarbonates, Polyurethanes and Coatings, Adhesives & Specialties – in the local market. They’re supported by several teams, including Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources and Legal Affairs.
